South Dublin County Council have created the vibrant new Saggart Schoolhouse Community Centre through the conservation, restoration and enhancement of the vacant protected structure of the St. Mary’s National School building in Saggart with the addition of a contemporary entrance and reception area and multi-function hall. The new entrance building creates a public space for the Saggart community with the refurbished school building and shelter.
