Tour Information +
Griffin Point is a mixed tenure residential development delivered by the Approved Housing Body Respond in conjunction with their delivery partner Bluemont.
An impressive scheme delivering 422 Social and Cost Rental homes over two phases, the development utilises some of the most innovative modern methods of construction in the industry today. Designed by O’Mahony Pike Architects and constructed by Townmore Construction, the scheme uses pre-finished brick sandwich panels to create an impressive structure spread over four blocks.
The development was designed to achieve an A2 BER and incorporates resident amenities, a creche, and extensive landscaped areas. Overall, it is a great example of how AHBs such as Respond can deliver mixed tenure homes at an efficient pace while also ensuring quality in design.
