Join us for a special behind-the-scenes tour of the belfry at Christ Church Cathedral, offering a unique opportunity to explore one of Dublin’s most historic towers. Climb the 86 steps to the belfry and discover the fascinating world of bell ringing, before stepping out onto the gangway to enjoy panoramic views across the city. The tour concludes with the chance to try your hand at ringing the famous Christ Church bells and experience the tradition of bell ringing for yourself.
This tour is pre-book only and the meeting point is the reception desk inside the entrance of the cathedral.
Accessibility Information
This tour requires climbing 86 narrow spiral steps so not advisable for those with mobility issues, claustrophobia or fear of heights. Please wear flat shoes. Over 12’s only.
