Starting at the R.M. Butler Library, this walking tour explores some of Dundrum’s most interesting architecture and historic buildings.
After looking at the library (R.M.Butler) and nearby buildings it goes up Main Street, most of which is an Architecture Conservation Area, to Holy Cross Church (George Ashlin). Having had a look at some surrounding buildings we go up Upper Kilmacud Road to the Courthouse and former Taney school, (both Benjamin Woodward). Continuing uphill to Sydenham Road with its interesting houses and after a quick look at Christ Church, Taney (William Farrell), it’s all downhill to Dundrum Luas stop.
