Tour Information +
Located in the heart of Beechwood–Ranelagh village, this project transforms a vacant rear site into a distinctive new home. Positioned prominently at the corner of Dunville Close and Annesley Park, the design responds to its visible setting while carefully integrating into the surrounding residential neighbourhood. The house combines traditional and contemporary elements, pairing natural rubble stone with sleek zinc cladding and a projecting bow window that gives the corner a strong identity. The design aims to feel both rooted in its context and confidently modern. Large side and corner windows bring generous natural light into the interiors, creating bright and comfortable living spaces throughout the day. At roof level, a garden and enclosed terrace provide a private outdoor retreat, offering views over the neighbourhood while enhancing the overall living experience
Meeting Point: Front Entrnace, at the corner of Dunville Close and Annesley Park, Beechwood, Ranelagh, D06 HP73. Look out for Open House Dublin Volunteers who will manage queues and entry for the tours
