Join OPW Architects for a tour of The Four Courts, focusing on the recently completed restoration of the Dome.

You will learn about the history of the building, its architecture and its destruction and reconstruction following the Civil War.

OPW Architects will guide you through the challenges of the recent restoration works to the Dome, the logistics involved and the importance of traditional skills in a conservation project of this scale and complexity.

The tour will include visits to the Round Hall and the iconic Upper Dome.

Meeting Point: outside the main door of The Four Courts on Inns Quay. Please show up at least five minutes before the tour.

Reach the dome requires climbing a number of narrow staircases. It may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and suitable footwear should be worn.

No parking available. Four Courts Luas stop a three minute walk from the starting point.
