External walking tour of a recently completed housing scheme within the village of Lusk, Co. Dublin designed by Fingal County Council’s Architects Department and brought to completion by a design team led by Paul Keogh Architects for Fingal County Council.
The project comprises 5 no. two bedroom dwellings fronting onto a communal landscaped courtyard.
The dwellings will be allocated to tenants on the social housing waiting list. All dwellings incorporate age friendly design elements such as oversized doors, accessible showers and a spare bedroom suitable for a carer.
The dwellings are designed to a Passive House standard which will result in lower running costs and thermal comfort levels for the tenants.
Note there is very limited parking in the area.
The site is located west of St Mac Cullins Church on Church Road (opposite junction with St Mac Cullins Close)
Meeting point is the paved forecourt immediately outside the housing development. Eircode- K45 CX86
