How do buildings make you feel. Is there a sense of self and place, space and identity attached to certain form. What do these forms say to you, mean to you? Is there an alternative use and meaning behind them. From public to private, outward facing to inward worshiping – buildings and structures can tell a story too
Through a series of restorative yoga poses, participants will be guided into the resting intervals of the shapes accompanied by the spoken writings of buildings and spaces about the city where fictional characters interact with and amongst these monuments
This blended approach to a deeper meditative practice should leave you with a sense of with a towering uplifted-ness and grounding – cementing the self with a concrete feeling of place and being.
Open to ALL Levels of Yoga – Suitable for 18+
