Few buildings in Dublin invoke as strong a reaction as the 1969 concrete tower and shopping mall, a complex which has become synonymous with the suburb of Dublin it dominates. Oft-cited as a contender for the ugliest building in Dublin, some argue the building has a certain presence and deserves a closer look.
