Join Reddy Architecture + Urbanism for an exclusive guided tour of Newmarket Yards, a landmark build-to-rent development in Dublin 8. This award-winning project reimagines a former light industrial site into a vibrant residential and mixed-use community, featuring 413 apartments, extensive amenities, and dynamic public spaces.

Once home to flour mills, weaving, and dyeing workshops, the tour will explore how the design draws inspiration from the site’s rich industrial heritage through thoughtful material choices and façade articulation. Visitors will experience the project’s five rooftop terraces, co-working spaces, gym, yoga studio, cinema, and pet-friendly facilities, all designed to foster community and well-being.

Art and culture are central to the development, with twenty bespoke artworks by local artists integrated into the amenity spaces, reflecting the area’s history and character. The tour will also highlight how the scheme enhances the urban fabric by introducing permeable public routes and animated facades that contribute to the vitality of the city.

This is a unique opportunity to explore a project that exemplifies sustainable urban living and innovative design.

Meeting point for tours is Newmarket, The Liberties, Main Entrance on St. Luke’s Avenue. Look out for Open House Dublin Volunteers who will manage queues and entry for the tours.
