Take a tour of our magnificent landmark building in the centre of Dublin, the Synod Hall. The Synod Hall is now home to Dublinia, a museum exploring Viking and Medieval history. Learn about its history from medieval times, how it was part of Christchurch Cathedral, what part it played in the 1916 rising, and how it even became a nightclub in the 1980’s. Explore parts of our museum not open to the public, and learn the story of this special place.
