Explore architecture and urban planning through art, creativity, and simple design techniques. Join architect Muhammad Achour for an interactive workshop where you can design your own play space. Through creative activities and simple architectural techniques, you will be introduced to the ways architects and planners think about public spaces.

Open to children, families, and older residents, the workshop encourages intergenerational dialogue, bringing together youthful imagination and lived experience to explore the community’s creativity. (Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the workshop).

This free workshop is presented by Places of ARcture and is generously hosted by The Irish Museum of Modern Art IMMA in collaboration with the the Engagement and Learning department. Conceived and facilitated by Muhammad Achour, Founding Director of Places of ARcture.
