Dublin is a city built on layers of history. Behind the glass and steel of its modern office blocks, there are always traces of what came before. The story of Park Place, now one of Dublin’s leading commercial addresses, is one of the most fascinating examples of that evolution. It’s a journey that begins with the clang of steam trains and ends with the quiet hum of computer servers, all while celebrating the city’s architectural heritage and its ability to adapt.

The early 2000s marked a new era for Dublin’s cityscape. In 2004, the Clancourt Group began one of the city’s largest office redevelopments, transforming the derelict Harcourt railway site into what is now Park Place. Their vision was ambitious but respectful, a modern, vibrant office campus that retained the soul of the old station.

Park Place unites six state-of-the-art spaces across one interconnected campus. Each offers its own flexible facilities and unique character. All are designed around quality, sustainability and exceptional experience. Sustainability features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, green roofs and thermal ice storage systems to generate renewable energy have seen us LEED and BREEAM-certified buildings.

Join us for a guided tour of Park Place which will explore the evolution of the campus, highlighting its transformation into a vibrant workplace destination. Visitors will learn about the site’s history, the architectural approach taken across the different buildings, and how modern interventions have enhanced the campus while respecting its historic setting.

The tour will also showcase a selection of tenant amenities, end of trip facilities, landscaped public spaces, sustainability initiatives, and the management of a multi-building commercial estate, offering a behind-the-scenes insight into how a modern office campus operates.
