Tour Information +
The tour will begin in Reception at Brickfield Square, where visitors will be welcomed and introduced to the development, its community-focused design, and the vision behind this modern residential neighbourhood. From Reception, the tour will proceed through the resident amenities, including the Resident Lounge, Games Room, Gym, and Co-Working Spaces. These facilities have been carefully designed to support modern living, wellbeing, and community engagement, offering residents spaces to relax, work, and socialise.
Visitors will then have the opportunity to view one of our Show Apartments (subject to availability), showcasing the contemporary design, high-quality finishes, and thoughtfully planned layouts that define life at Brickfield Square. The tour will conclude in the Courtyard, the central outdoor space within the development. Here, guests will learn about the history of the site and the origins of the name “Brickfield Square.” The name reflects the area’s industrial heritage, as the surrounding lands were historically linked to brickmaking and clay extraction, industries that contributed significantly to Dublin’s growth and development. The tour will also highlight how elements of the development’s architecture and materials pay homage to this heritage while creating a vibrant, sustainable, and welcoming community for residents today.
