Who is my Neighbour is a travelling photography exhibition curated by Blue Drum for Open House Dublin 2025. It presents the work of Lithuanian artist Darius Petrulis, created in collaboration with Charlemont Community Resource Centre (Dublin 2), dlr County Estate Management Forum, Loughlinstown 50, Women’s Collective Ireland dlr, the Svilara Cultural Station, and the Faro Convention Network.

The exhibition features portraits from five communities; Almaš (Novi Sad), Charlemont (Dublin), Gleis 21 (Vienna), Loughlinstown (Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown), and Šančiai (Kaunas). Reflecting the Open House theme of Future Heritage, the portraits explore how heritage sparks not only memories of the past but also visions for the future of community and place.

In Dublin, new photo sessions were held with community members in early September and the final exhibition will be shown at two locations, Loughlinstown Courts and Charlemont Culture Garden from 11–19 October 2025.

The exhibition at the Charlemont Culture Garden will be just a couple of minutes walk to IAF House at Charlemont Square, the Irish Architecture Foundation’s temporary venue for the Autumn Season hosting talks, exhibitions, films and workshops. Drop-in to both locations during the festival week.
