The development is masterplanned around two retail and commercial hubs, each offering a diverse range of shops alongside inviting spaces to eat, drink, and socialise. These hubs will serve as vital centres for daily life, fostering community interaction and supporting local economies.

The tour begins at the Seven Mills Marketing Suite, a striking modular prefabricated pavilion used for meetings and events. Designed to be relocatable, it serves as a ‘gateway’ to new neighbourhoods as they are established.
Following the presentation, attendees will explore Parkleigh, the first completed neighbourhood. Every home is just a two-minute walk from green space, highlighting the focus on wellbeing and liveability. Thoughtfully designed streetscapes, open spaces, and varied housing types illustrate how Seven Mills is being shaped as a place to truly belong.
