The Masonry is one of Iconic Offices’ 14 Dublin workspaces. Today it’s home to a diverse mix of innovative businesses, yet it still retains the rich heritage, character and original features of its former life as a seed warehouse.

The rear warehouse dates to 1780. While the front section was redeveloped after a devastating fire in 1920, reopened in Edwardian finery.

During the fit-out, Iconic Offices restored and showcased original features—preserving historical detail while modernising the building into a vibrant, inspiring workspace animated by an on-site café and lounge. Irish art is central to the design, with collaborations between local artists helping shape the final vision.

This approach both honours the architecture of its era and marks a new chapter for the building.
