Emilie Conway, a vocal jazz artist who has a visual impairment, and Tadgh Charles, an architect specialized in emergent technology, developed in October 2024 a tactile tour with 3d Models for Blind and Visually Impaired Visitors at MOLI and RCSI. In this talk, Emilie will reflect upon and share her experience in developing and delivering this tour as well as sharing her broader experience in this area. Tadgh will do a short slide show concerning his work and research on 3D printing. There might even be a touch of the experiential! The session will end with an open discussion, questions and sharing from delegates.
