Join the Tour exploring the ongoing conservation works at St Audoen’s, Dublin’s oldest remaining medieval parish church. Kevin Blackwood, Conservation Architect and Board Member of the Building Limes Forum Ireland (BLFI) will outline the rational for the conservation repairs, showcasing the use of traditional lime mortars in the repair of the church’s historic bell tower and nave walls. The tour includes a demonstration by fellow BLFI members and specialist stone masons Oldstone and access to the interior of the church which contains a number of 15th and 17th century monuments.

This tour is pre-book only.

Please meet at the main church door, at the west end under the tower.
This meeting point is accessible through St. Audeon’s Park via the High Street entrance.
