Tour Information +
Grangegorman is a site of constant change. From its origins as a manor house with farm and orchards serving the Priority of Christchurch Cathedral to pioneering institutions that have a large and sometimes dark history, Grangegorman continues its ongoing cycle of transformation today as it evolves into a vibrant community, health and education quarter for the city.
Join the Grangegorman Development Agency on a series of walking tours to explore the site’s rich heritage and trace the blueprint of the Grangegorman Masterplan as it shapes the site. We’ll bring you on a journey past 200 year old Protected Structures through new educational buildings and explain the underpinning principles that drive the development and reconnect what was a long closed-off site into its surrounding neighbourhood. You will view the latest construction projects on site and look at what’s yet to come.
Meeting point: Grangegorman Campus Entrance on Grangegorman Lower – beside Clock Tower Building
