Join us for these special tours looking at the development, construction and later restoration of our historic glasshouses.

These tours will look at two of the iconic glasshouses onsite. First The Curvilinear Range (1843-1869) where we will discover the stories behind its inception, development construction and later restoration. We will continue the tour with the history of the Great Palm House (c1884) including its restoration. The tour will end with a unique tree top walk on the gantry of this iconic glasshouse.

The final section tree canopy walk is not accessible to wheelchair users and there are about 100 steps to climb to the access point
