Church Field presents an external walking tour of the completed phase 2A of the wider housing Land Management Plan for Church Fields development.
The Land Management Plan envisages a variety of social housing and affordable tenures in a vibrant network of new streets, public open spaces, parks & character areas.
Phase 2A includes 67 dwellings in a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bed dwellings in 3 urban blocks. The proposal includes two and three storey units integrating with the existing Avondale Park with the massing stepping down to include single storey houses to the west of the site, overlooking the Pinkeen River.
