The tour will begin at the main entrance to this 32 unit Dublin City Council older persons’ housing development on Glin Grove. The ground floor units with gated privacy strip between the dwelling entrances and public street as well as the public realm improvements on Glin Grove will be viewed. The tour will continue via the access decks on first and second floor levels which are reached from a combined stair / lift core. It will take in the rear of the development which includes a private communal garden area as well as private patio gardens for the ground floor units. Finally the tour will finish at the Community facility at ground floor level which comprises a sitting / dining room as well as commercial kitchen for the Coolock Meals-on-wheels charity.
