Join GKMP Architects to tour a new house constructed in the side garden of an Edwardian house in Dartry, taking the alignment of the street frontage from the adjoining semi-detached houses. The material palette of red brick walls, granite cills, terracotta tiled roof and white painted timber windows is drawn from the neighbouring houses. The compact house is organised around a central double-height dining space that also accommodates the staircase and a fireplace.
Tours for the house must be pre booked and booking opens 14 September.
