Pull up a chair at the Open House Dublin Open Table for an inspiring lunchtime conversation with housing and urban design expert Lorcan Sirr. These unique, collaborative events, one in each of Dublin’s four districts, invites Dublin locals to gather, connect, and share their firsthand insights, local histories, and future visions for their specific neighbourhoods. Fuelled by a complimentary light lunch, it is your chance to directly shape the collective plans and design possibilities of your community
Open Table 2026 takes place across Dublin city and County with conversations in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown, Fingal, South Dublin, and Dublin City.
Dr Lorcan Sirr lectures in housing and planning and development at the Technological University Dublin. His research involves historical and contemporary housing policy analysis, using data when possible. Bringing housing policy issues to the public domain to the public, he is also a regular contributor to The Irish Times and other media outlets.
Open Table: Dublin City takes place at IAF House at 114-116 Capel Street, Dublin 1. Places are limited so book early. Lunch will be provided.
