Tour Information +
The Leeson Lane office development consists of the restoration of an existing historic property and regeneration of a brown field site in the heart of Dublin city centre to accommodate new energy efficient government offices.
The tour will begin at the entrance of Spruce House, built circa 1920, a former dispensary building of St. Vincent’s Hospital and into the main atrium and typical floor plate of the new six floor office development. As well as focusing on the architectural features of the building, the tour will also describe the conservation works to Spruce House and how the building responds to its context in both its design and construction.
This building is owned by the State through the Office of Public Works (OPW)
