Tour Information +
Join the National Gallery for a tour inviting you to look beyond the Gallery’s collection to the walls, rooms, and routes that make up the 160-plus years of the architecture of the Gallery.
Discover the Millennium Wing, designed by Benson & Forsyth and opened in 2002. In 2017, the Gallery completed a significant refurbishment of its historic wings, including the Dargan and Milltown Wings, led by architects Heneghan Peng. This project introduced a new central courtyard and improved visitor facilities, enhancing the Gallery’s infrastructure while preserving its architectural heritage.
This tour is part of the three tour series for Open House Dublin that covers individual key wings of the Gallery, the Dargan, Milltown and Millennium Wings.
