Tour Information +
Richmond Place is an exemplary development of 52 homes, specifically designed for the elderly by OBFA Architects for Circle Voluntary Housing Association in collaboration with Dublin City Council, Alone, and the HSE. The project embraces an innovative approach to communal living, offering universally accessible apartments alongside carefully integrated internal and external spaces, including courtyards and gallery access. These areas serve as a central hub, fostering social interaction, a strong sense of community, and supporting aging in place. They also provide a functional base for essential support services and staff operations.
We are pleased to offer two guided tours of the apartments, shared courtyards, and community spaces on site. Tours will depart from the front of Richmond Barracks (next door) at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Saturday, 19th October 2024. Each tour will last approximately 30 minutes and is limited to 25 participants.
Advance booking is required.
