Greystar are proud to have our Quayside Quarter residential development included in Open House 2021. The scheme was developed by Ballymore and completed in June 2021. The overall ethos puts a strong focus on creating a tranquil, community focused residential scheme which sits within the wider Dublin Landings estate.

The residents are fully supported by Greystar’s on-site team, which includes in-house maintenance personnel, a concierge and 24 hour security to ensure a curated living experience for our community. The wider Dublin Landings estate includes office space, home to the Central Bank, NTMA, WeWork and Microsoft, as well as ground floor retail space which combine to create a vibrant city quarter.

Quayside Quarter has proven very popular with workers seeking accommodation within striking distance of Dublin city centre and the Docklands area, benefiting from the LUAS within two minutes walk of the scheme. The apartments are spacious and are highly energy efficient with a BER A rating.

The team on site strive to create a real sense of community, utilising the mature landscaped courtyards for regular community events. The gym and co-working areas are also proving popular with residents who find themselves predominantly working from home in recent times. The scheme was designed by Arrow Architects and RKD, and draws on a Scandinavian inspired
theme to bind the landscaped areas and striking duplex “sky villas.”
