Join DCC Architects for an exciting tour of the Weaver Place and Poplin Place residential development, located within the historical Liberties area directly opposite beautiful Weaver Park.

This new development provides 55 apartments arranged across two blocks, with a varied mix of homes, from single- to three-bedroom apartments, accommodating various living needs and promoting a rich and sustainable community.

During the guided tour of one of the new blocks in this development, we will provide you with an overview of the architectural design and the off-site construction system employed in this project. You will also have the unique opportunity to visit a high quality apartment, and the communal courtyard, which has been designed as an inviting space for residents to enjoy.

Please note this is a live construction site. If possible, visitors should bring their own PPE. If this is not possible, we will provide you with PPE before entering the site. Visitors must wear sensible footwear.
