A Traditional singing walking tour entitled ” Fall down Billy O’Shea” around the docks of old Dublin Port reflecting on the buildings and bridges old and new. The walk will start at Liberty Hall and complete a circuit including Butt Bridge, The Railway viaduct, The Custom House, Sean O’Casey Bridge, Samuel Beckett Bridge, The Famine Sculpture, The Jenny Johnson Famine Ship, National Convention Centre, City Quay Church, Dockers of Dublin, Monument to Merchant Seamen, Rosie Hackett Luas Bridge.

The singers will all be regulars who attend An Góilín traditional singing sessions at The Teacher’s Club on Friday nights throughout the year. The songs will cover the history of Dublin and its dockland and famine ships and the 1913 lockout and the title song a bawdy Dublin sea shanty.

Accessibility Information
The tour is around city street with traffic and kerb issues for wheelchairs. An Góilín will provide their own guides for the singing tour with high vis jackets and sound system and assigned persons to shepherd the tour participants at road crossings etc.
