A square one storey stone building with low crenellated walls to left and right. The structure has no windows.There is a grassy area in front of the building and there are trees on both sides of the building. A small square tower with crenellations. There is a barred window in the top storey in shape of a pointed arch. There is a gated entrance in the lower storey. There are modern steps and railings to the right of the structure. There are trees behind the building.

A guided tour of the follies of St Enda’s Park, a remarkable collection of 18th and 19th century monuments placed around the parklands to add drama, mystery and interest to the landscape. Many of the follies are based on the ruins of ancient Irish buildings and monuments.


Accessibility Information

The follies are approached along pathways. The terrain is uneven and not suitable for wheelchair users and the follies are not accessible to wheelchair users or visitors with restricted mobility.
