A view of medieval church bell tower from high street. A view from inside the church of the South wall, where you can see the19th century organ and the late 13th century gothic arches. A view of the church from the porch and through the original dundry stone romanesque arch that would have been located on the original 12th century structure.

Dublin’s only remaining medieval parish church building St Audoen’s church was a very important civic and ecclesiastical focal point for Dublin from the 12th century onwards. Visitors can see our exhibition about the history of the church, they can visit the part still in use by the church of Ireland, and witness where St Audoen’s housed the guild hall of St.Anne in medieval times. The site includes memorials dating from the 15th to 17th century, 13th century Gothic arches and a 12th century baptismal font.
