A short walk in the Liberties focussing on two green spaces and mentioning a little of the history and architecture of the Thomas Street area.

Meet at Robert Emmet Walk corner of Bridgefoot Street Park, a new international award winning public park (Landezine 2023, Public Landscapes) described by one of the judges as ‘a beautiful mess’.

We’ll then continue on to a nearby unique green space where intersections of contemporary art with ecology are investigated and ongoing research explores issues such as sustainability, circular economies & environmental futures.
