Richmond Barracks is a building of historical importance located in Inchicore. It is home to a library, garden, and Culture Connects, a programme of cultural activities that celebrate the experiences and interests of the local communities and people.

Visitors can enter Richmond Barracks through the front door, which is the main entrance. (Richmond Barracks is located off Bulfin Road, corner of Emmet Road (R810), behind St. Michael’s Church. It faces St. Michael’s Estate green space.)
Richmond Barracks has Part M access. All public areas are on ground level and all facilities (including the garden) are wheelchair and buggy accessible.
There are two disabled parking bays outside the entrance to Richmond Barracks.
There is an accessible bathroom available for visitors with impaired mobility.
