External walking tour of a recently completed housing scheme within the village of Lusk, Co. Dublin designed by Fingal County Council’s Architects Department and brought to completion by a design team led by Paul Keogh Architects for Fingal County Council.
The project comprises 5 no. two bedroom dwellings fronting onto a communal landscaped courtyard.
The dwellings will be allocated to tenants on the social housing waiting list. All dwellings incorporate age friendly design elements such as oversized doors, accessible showers and a spare bedroom suitable for a carer.
The dwellings are designed to a Passive House standard which will result in lower running costs and thermal comfort levels for the tenants.
