Join tour guide Alvean Jones for an ISL tour of Marsh’s Library in Dublin 8. Unchanged for three centuries this perfectly preserved library of the Early Enlightenment with its original bookcases is home to more than 25,000 rare and fascinating books.
The tour of the building will discuss the history of the building and how it was designed to preserve these books and the changes that have been made since the library first opened. The tour will include the galleries, the old reading room and the private garden.
