Built in 1745 for the Earl of Kildare (Later Duke of Leinster) James Fitzgerald. Sold in 1815 to the Dublin Society (later the Royal Dublin Society.) Seat of the Irish Parliament from 1922 to date.
Tour will be conducted by Parliamentary Ushers where they will tell the history of the house while taking you on a tour of both the Dáil and Seanad Chambers along with a tour of Leinster House.
Accessibility Information
This tour will be a walk around the ground and 1st floor of a Georgian building. The route has some stairs but lift is available if required.
