Fairbrothers Fields dates from the 1920s and, according to Christine Casey, was regarded at the time as the magnum opus of Dublin Corporation’s housing programme. In the heart of Dublin’s Liberties it now finds itself the at centre of an area of the city undergoing rapid change.
