The Dublin Waste to Energy Facility converts waste that cannot be reused or recycled into clean renewable energy. Designed by Danish Architects Friis & Moltke, the building is a landmark on Dublin’s skyline. A light metallic screen in a neutral colour is folded around the facility to act as a protective membrane against the elements of nature while blending in with the Dublin Skyline. The facility meets the highest standards of environmental sustainability.

The tour of the building shall start in reception followed by a video presentation. After the video, the group will be taken to the Control room for a view and commentary on the facility operations.

Masks will be required for this tour due to COVID protocol within the facility
