Howley Hayes Cooney recently completed a feasibility study for the future use of this protected structure, and a programme of external façade repairs to this prominent edifice on Dorset Street.

The talk/tour will take place outdoors only, as the building is currently leased to tenants, and will include the history of the building and architect, its social context and significance within the city, an overview of the feasibility study, and further detail on the programme of conservation and repair works to the facade, including the roof of the tower which were completed in 2021.

The talk/tour will last approx 45 minutes.
