The Mews is an A1 BER rated building, achieving NZEB standards and follows Passive House design standards. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de- sac adjacent to an open green area, the development is a two-storey building with A pitched roof in keeping with the surrounding scale and size of its context. Ground Floor units are fully wheelchair accessible and access for ambulant disabled is provided to the first floor. On the South façade, large windows open to a new landscaped garden area and path. Each unit comprises of a large double bedroom, large living room and kitchen, bathroom and hall with storage.

First-come basis: Just turn up and look out for Open House Dublin volunteers.
