Discover one of Dublin's most beautiful gardens. Designed by Edwin Lutyens in 1930 and constructed under the supervision of the OPW, the story of the Irish National War Memorial Gardens reflects the turbulent history of the early years of the Irish State.

First-come basis: Just turn up and look out for Open House Dublin volunteers. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.

Designed by: Edwin Lutyens
Location: Obelisk, Irish National War Memorial, Islandbridge
