Dorset Point provides accommodation & amenities for 447 students. The project reanimates Dorset Street by providing a variety of uses at ground level including a student gym, café, student housing reception and foyer and a single subdivision retail unit. A simple articulated break in the street line is provided to mark the entrance to the primary use of the site. Dorset Point’s arrangement repairs the urban edges of the site, providing a positive street frontage to Dorset Street and Wellington Street and elevating Paradise Place from a neglected back lane to a dignified residential street. External courtyards are linked with internal student activities and programmed with orientation and access to daylight.

First-come basis: Just turn up and look out for Open House Dublin volunteers. Please be mindful that this is a private residence, we are entering student homes and ask that the tour is respective of the environment.
