This project was a complete refurbishment of the 1970’s Cumberland House building on Fenian Street. The final tenant fit-out for clients was completed by the end of 2016.The Cumberland House Project, in Cumberland Place in Dublin 2 has also secured LEED Platinum-level certification for a ‘Repurposed Building’. The award makes this Dublin premises one of the few office buildings in Ireland to achieve this highest LEED certification. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification is recognised across the world as the benchmark of green building standards.The project consisted of the complete strip out of the building, all that remained was the existing concrete structure and the brick façade. Tours will include the Ground and 2nd floor.
