No. 25 Eustace Street is a handsome Georgian Townhouse and one of only a small number of early 18th century houses to survive intact from this time. The characteristic interior features tall narrow proportions, panelled interiors and the original bolection panelled staircases. Any sloping floor or stair surfaces were retained as it would have disturbed the fabric of the building too much to return them to level. The general feeling throughout the house is of an early Georgian simplicity and modesty which some people today perceive as Spartan, even though it is quite true to the period. The building is cared for by Irish Landmark Trust.
