Saturday 15 October
A Dublin Artisan Dwellings Company terraced house, originally built in 1909. Two recent architectural interventions open up the ground floor, adapting the space for modern family life. Tom de Paor’s renovation and extension enhanced the proportions of the living areas, adding a bright dining area to the rear of the site and remodeling the small bathroom with ingenuity, as well as forming a small wrapped courtyard space. A witty, colourful kitchen renovation by Maxim Laroussi completes the ground floor.
